This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on premlatajeweller.com are processed, packaged, and delivered to you safely.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to serviceable pin codes across India, as shown at checkout when you enter your delivery address. If your pin code is not serviceable, you may still reserve the item for showroom pickup — contact us through our Contact Us page.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 2 business days of order confirmation and payment realization. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
3. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days from dispatch for most serviceable locations, and up to 10 business days for remote or difficult-to-access areas. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or regulatory checks outside our control.
4. Packaging and Insurance
All jewellery is shipped in tamper-evident, discreet packaging that does not indicate the contents. Shipments valued above ₹10,000 are insured in transit and may require an adult signature on delivery.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated based on order value and delivery location and are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. We may offer free shipping above a specified order value from time to time; any such offer will be shown at checkout.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can also check order status from your Account page.
7. Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery
Our courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails after reasonable attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us; re-shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
8. Showroom Pickup
You may choose to collect your order from a Premlata Jeweller showroom instead of home delivery, at no additional charge, by selecting this option at checkout.
