We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount paid) in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or inability to verify your details.
6. Hallmarking and Certification
Gold jewellery sold by us is hallmarked in accordance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) requirements where applicable, and certified diamonds and gemstones are accompanied by the certification stated on the product listing or invoice. Please retain your invoice and any certificates, as they are required for warranty, buyback, exchange, or insurance purposes.
